Rob Macey
Partner
Rob has 25 years' experience having held senior roles in professional practice in Melbourne, Sydney and London; with public sector project authorities and with private industry operators.
He has worked on all aspects of Victorian rail franchising on both State and bid side; worked at executive level in government on major rail infrastructure projects and programs; held senior managerial positions in Australian rail businesses; advised on commercial transactions and bids for Australian and international operators; and has worked on PPP rail projects in North America.
Rob's previous transport projects and transactions include Melbourne Tram and Train Refranchising (MR3), Regional Rail Link, Cranbourne Pakenham Rail Upgrade Market Led Proposal, Melbourne Airport Rail Market Led Proposal and Metropolitan Train Franchise Extension (MR4).
Ross Alexander
Partner
Ross is a leading strategic and commercial advisor on government projects with 25 years' experience.
Ross is an expert in Melbourne’s public transport infrastructure and operations having worked extensively in the sector over the last 20 years, including as Government’s Project Director for MR3, as Metro Trains Melbourne’s commercial bid advisor for MR4 and has helped shape government’s thinking in relation to MR5. Ross has worked on a wide range of projects across ticketing and bus contracting and other transport infrastructure projects.
Ross was an infrastructure Partner at Deloitte for 8 years where he has provided lead commercial and financial advisory services to government and private clients across a range of projects and sectors, including education, justice, property, telecommunications and ICT.
Sharon Nye
Partner
Sharon has 25 years’ experience working closely with the public and private sectors in the planning, procurement and delivery of major service contracts and infrastructure projects. Sharon’s experience is diverse, including strategic business cases in the health sector, providing lead advisory services for major transport projects, and leading single source negotiations in justice. Having worked in senior roles in government, Sharon supports clients solve their most complex commercial issues and navigate stakeholder environments and government processes.
Paul Clifford
Partner
Paul has 25 years’ experience advising government in planning and delivering major capital and services projects. Paul has acted as lead financial and commercial advisor on many social and economic infrastructure projects, including projects as diverse as Australia’s largest health PPP project, the Tasmanian government’s procurement of new emergency services telecommunications infrastructure and the Victorian government on its whole of government property portfolio.
Paul can draw upon extensive international experience from his work in Europe, North America and Asia. Through his work with the private sector, he brings genuine public and private sector perspectives to his work.
Daniel Tiong
Director
Dan has a professional background in procurement for complex contracts and has worked across a broad range of portfolios including public transport, justice, property and defence. He has extensive experience in all phases of a procurement process including strategy development, contract design, drafting of EOI/RFT documents, tender evaluation, contract negotiation and ongoing contract management. His experience across a number of major transport contract procurements including the rail franchises, Metropolitan Bus Franchise tender and bus contracts in Queensland and Northern Territory.
Andreas Thangam

With an engineering background and 5 years of experience in developing operational processes and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment, Andreas brings valuable problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills to our commercial advisory team.
Anne Vivian
Director
Anne’s experience includes deal structuring, business case development, procurement strategies, negotiation of projects, balancing risk protection and transfer approaches to meet the objectives of the client and delivering value for money solutions. Anne worked in the UK for over 20 years, where she was the lead financial and commercial advisor on numerous large-scale projects primarily covered social infrastructure including group schools and the building schools for the future program. For the final five years, she transitioned into the review of PPP contracts supporting the negotiation of variations and disputes and the completion of contract management and performance and improvement reviews. Anne has been advising the Victorian government on procurement strategies for various business cases, design solution frameworks to support new government programs, such as the infrastructure fund for 3yo kindergarten, and the commercial strategy based on DTF’s social infrastructure PPP framework for the renegotiation of the County Court PPP contract.
Shreosi Deb
Analyst
Shreosi has over 4 years’ experience in analytical roles, with a broad range of exposure across legal, marketing and government sectors.
She has a strong understanding of project delivery and stakeholder engagement, particularly in justice legislation reform.
Shreosi has experience working with interagency and multi-disciplinary teams to improve service delivery and enjoys breaking down complex problems to actionable components.
Krishn Nand
Director
Krishn is an infrastructure funding and finance specialist and has worked on several complex development and service delivery procurements in the Middle East and New Zealand. His experience spans across the transport, healthcare, education and power and utilities sectors and has advised a range of central and local government and private side clients. His experience includes strategic investigations, developing business case and investment contestability, drafting of procurement documentation, conducting market sounding exercises and raising capital for infrastructure and complex service-related projects. Krishn brings with him commercial acumen and financial expertise, rooted in his technical background with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
